We hope you love your new huner bag as much as we do and guarantee your bag to have the utmost quality in craftsmanship and attention to detail for the life of the product. If any huner product fails in its intended use, we will do our best to repair or replace it for you. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a cost relative with the condition. Please note every item is subject to an evaluation by our Customer Service Team.
To start the return or repair process, please send a picture of the issue with your bag and proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are welcome to return full priced purchases within 14 days of receiving your product, and the cost of the purchase will be fully refunded, less the cost of shipping, pending approval. If 14 days have gone by, the item was purchased at a discounted price or if our Customer Service Team has deemed the product not fit for a refund (the product has been used in any way), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Please include in your return package the order number, proof of purchase and a short description of why the product will be returned, as this will help us to understand if there is anything we could be doing better with our product or service.
Due to the nature of our unique products, we are more than happy to exchange an item if it arrives any different than you expected. Please email us at email@example.com first and we will accommodate your new order as best as we can.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email you with further instructions.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, you are welcome to exchange your gift for another item more to your liking, unfortunately a return and refund will not possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
